It also has a melt cycle, a lighted digital display, and other helpful features. The fryer's high-output performance is rivaled only by its incredibly efficient engineering! Its exclusive self-standing, swing-up, low-watt density heating elements are lightning fast to ensure even and efficient heating throughout each individual frypot. A robust RDT 1 degree compensating temperature probe is mounted directly on the heating elements on each frypot, which provides accurate temperature readings to avoid temperature overshoot.
