Frymaster FPEL314-CA 14kW full pot electric floor fryer requires 40% less oil to cook as much food as frypots almost twice its size, while using 10% less energy and producing less waste! With three 30 lb. fry pots in one unit, this fryer offers the versatility you need to fry several different items at the same time without the risk of flavor transfer. To monitor and help control food and oil quality, oil life, and equipment performance, the Frymaster FPEL314-CA is engineered with innovative SMART4U™ Technology. Two independent centerline thermostats with 1 degree Fahrenheit anticipating action predict the rate of temperature rise and reduce temperature overshoot, for better tasting, more uniform results, while a COOL Mode feature reduces the temperature when the fryer is not in use and saves energy. The Oil Attendant™ automatic top-off oil system ensures that your oil levels remain consistent during day-to-day operations by continually topping off oil in the frypots from a reservoir in the cabinet. Each reservoir holds a 35 lb. box of oil, enough to last approximately two days before changing. For long life, the Frymaster FPEL314-CA electric floor fryer features all stainless steel doors and cabinets, as well as three open stainless steel frypots for easy cleaning. A built-in FootPrint PRO filtration system encourages more frequent filtering, which preserves oil life and ensures consistent, great-tasting food. "Rear flush" puts filtration where it's most convenient to use, right in the fryer battery. It requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection.
