Its 1 degree Fahrenheit action minimizes temperature overshoot to deliver uniform frying results and maximize the life of your oil. This floor fryer boasts a large, deep cold zone and a forward sloping bottom that maintains the quality of your oil by collecting and removing sediment from the frypot. Its rear flush feature pushes the sediment to a 1 1/4" IPS-ball type drain valve for quick and efficient cleanup. It requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection.
