It holds product at temperatures between 90 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit and uses a Clymate IQ system to optimize heat and humidity. To streamline thorough cleaning, its water pan and tray slides are removable. Overall, this unit measures 27.75 inches wide by 32.25 inches deep by 43.75 inches high.
• To retain heat and improve efficiency, the FWE PHTT-6 heated holding cabinet is insulated with high-density fiberglass. Operators can access the interior through a single flush-mounted, field-reversible door and make temperature adjustments using intuitive electronic controls. To power the unit down at the end of the day, users simply flip the on/off switch. This unit is constructed of strong, rust-resistant stainless steel to withstand high-volume use.
