Berkel X13A-PLUS 13" Automatic Gravity Feed Meat Slicer - 1/2 hp

With its 13" knife and 1/2 hp knife motor, this Berkel X13A-PLUS automatic gravity feed slicer is perfect for applications that require near-constant meat and cheese slicing per day! It has an automatic carriage design to automate the slicing process, taking some of the work off your employees and making it a great investment for high-volume delis, markets, grocery stores, and restaurants that do a lot of slicing. And thanks to a mechanical safety interlock, this unit also provides maximum safety for your employees.

The 13" hardened, forged stainless steel knife is great for a variety of slicing applications. The slice thickness can be adjusted up to 1 5/16" to allow for fine cuts or thicker slices. A 1/2 hp motor delivers the power needed to tackle constant slicing.

The feed tray is mounted at a 45 degree angle, which uses gravity to better hold the product against the knife for a more consistent product. It can accommodate rectangular products up to 10 1/2" x 6 3/4", square items up to 7 1/2", or round products up to 8 1/2" in diameter.
