Great for toasting subs, heating sandwiches, and warming pizza at kiosks, concession stands, cafes, and quick-serve restaurants, the e4-1430 features (6) ten minute cooking stages and advanced technology to produce quality results at top speeds.This allows you to prepare and cook food as it is ordered, which will reduce waste and costs. Designed with user convenience in mind, the eikon e4-1430 features the Easy ToUCH control panel, an icon-based color touch screen that can store up to 1024 multi-step recipe programs and user instructions. Recipe programs may easily be updated with the Merrychef MenuConnect program and uploaded directly using a Merrychef USB MenuKey. The Merrychef eikon e4-1430 features a cool-touch door exterior for increased operator comfort and safety. It requires a 208/240V electrical connection for operation.
