This Hobart LXeH hot water sanitizing dishwasher provides you with superior efficiency in a compact, undercounter footprint! This dishwasher can handle up to 32 racks per hour using only 0.74 gallons of water per rack, allowing it to keep up with demands while still cutting down on costs. For efficient operation and easy cleaning, it also features a deluxe soil management system with removable stainless steel scrap screen and secondary fine strainer. This unit uses hot water to ensure that dishes are sanitary when they come out of the machine. To facilitate cleaning, this dish machine comes with two racks: 1 peg type rack and 1 combination rack. This machine can handle up to 34 racks of dishes per hour so that you will always have plenty of clean dishes even during your busiest times. Detergent and rinse aid pumps come standard on this unit so that you don’t need to worry about purchasing them separately. Once the chemicals start to run out, the machine automatically lets you know with its built in low chemical alarms. It also has a service diagnostic feature that helps you figure out any issues more quickly to minimize downtime during peak hours.
