Giles FSH-4 48″ Ventless Hood

The one-of-a-kind FSH-4 stainless steel hood satisfies grease-laden vapor removal requirements for a variety of electric foodservice equipment and applications.  See cutsheet for specific use constraints related to maximum appliance kilowatt rating, temperature, fryer shortening capacity, and cooking surface area.  The hood features a 4-stage air filtration system with baffle grease filter, pre-filter, electrostatic air cleaner, and activated carbon filter.

The FSH-4 has three mounting options available … ceiling hung, 72″ high floor stand, or 78″ high floor stand.

The FSH-4 Ventless Hood uses an Ansul R-102A fire suppression system.  All piping, plenum discharge nozzles, and fusible link brackets and conduit within the hood is factory installed.  Final installation, charging and testing of the system must be performed by an authorized Ansul agent.  Purchase of external fire system components, and cost of intallation and testing is not included with hood purchase and is the responsibility of the purchaser.
