Town Y-1-SS-N-13 York™ Single Chamber Natural Gas Wok Range with 13" Mandarin Chamber - 75,000 BTU
This wok range is built to stand tough against constant use in your high-volume restaurant. It features a 3/16" epoxy coated steel deck, heavy gauge steel chassis, stainless steel front panel, backsplash, sidesplashes, and legs, as well as epoxy coated steel sides. And to make end-of-day cleaning a breeze, it even includes a galvanized drip tray to catch any overflow. A natural gas connection is required for operation.
