Giles Ventless Steam Hood / OVH-10 3ft

The hood features a 3-stage air filtration system with baffle grease filter, electrostatic air cleaner, and activated carbon filter.  Optional UV Lamp system is available to provide added air sanitizing action.

Giles has designed many appliance specific hood skirts for the OVH-10, allowing direct mounting to many popular oven models.  If we don’t have a skirt to fit, a Universal Ceiling Mount model will work for any approved appliance.

The OVH-10 is available with optional factory installed piping, discharge nozzles, fusible link brackets and conduit, ready for connection to an external fire suppression system.  Final charging and testing of the system must be performed by an authorized fire protection agent, and this cost, as well as purchase and installation of necessary system components, is not included with hood purchase.
