• 3-Stage Air Cleaning System features high-efficiency Double-sided Baffle Filter, Electrostatic Air Cleaner and Activated Charcoal Filter to help control cooking aromas in the cleaned recirculated air. Exceeds emission requirements for grease-laden vapor; listed to UL YZCT (-7 for Canada), complies with ANSI/UL710B.
• Durable easy-to-clean stainless steel construction.
• Add optional interlocked Appliance Power Receptacles (50A max) to help minimize on-site installation work.
• Equipped with an Electronic Air Cleaner (E.A.C.) Cleaning Timer ... helps operators maintain the collector cell with the timely & effective cleaning routine to keep the E.A.C. system operating at peak performance.
• The hood is factory pre-plumbed with piping, discharge nozzles, fusible link detector brackets, cable conduit & wire rope and is ready to be connected to a, customer provided, approved fire suppression system (Ansul R102 wet chemical).
