BURNER SYSTEM: Top is heated by 2-ring or 18 tip vertical shield burners, individually controlled by a 3/8” lever handle
gas valve and safety pilot system. Pressure regulator provided.
BODY: Body shall have a 52” - 96” diameter scrap ring of 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel with 1” return up at inner and
outer circumference. Ring is slotted for three stainless steel collector cups (included) and mounted 8” - 9” below Cook
Top. Outer body is 18 ga. stainless steel. Inner body is 10 gauge steel. Units with Cook Tops 72” and larger have rigid
insulation in the body. Rounded front drip pan provided for flat top units. Bottom has a heavy steel frame and corrosion
resistant steel panels. Unit mounted on 1 5/8” O.D. tubular stainless steel cross braced legs with adjustable bullet feet.
Optional heavy duty casters available for units up to 60”.
SCRAP CHUTE MODELS: Tops are fitted with a center hole opening into a removable chute with a stainless steel Scrap
Bin mounted on casters below. Scrap Bin is accessible through hinged double doors on unit front.
