The TSSU-48-12D-2-HC is constructed with stainless steel front, top, and ends as well as a finished aluminum backing. Inside the unit are NSF approved, clear coated aluminum walls with stainless steel floors and coved corners for an easy clean. The entire station, including the drawers and door is insulated using foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
The 5" stem castors allow you to move the unit with ease when needed for cleaning. The locks located on the front set, keep the unit firm in place during food preparation.
Refrigeration
This environmentally friendly refrigeration unit uses the natural and non-toxic R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant in order to provide a uniform temperature. The patented forced-air design keeps the temperature between .5°C and 5°C (33°F-41°F) within the food pans and cabinet. With no ozone depleting properties and a low global warming potential, your business can rest easy knowing they™re doing their part to minimize their ecological footprint.
The condensing unit in this food prep table is easily accessible for maintenance and can slide out from the back of the unit when necessary.

Prep Station
The prep station includes an 11 3/4" deep, full-length removable cutting board made with NSF approved white polyethylene to provide unmatched durability against constant use.
The food pan on top comes equipped with 12 one-sixth size, 4" deep polycarbonate food pans so you can begin using the unit right away. This section also accommodates 6" deep pans and can be rearranged with other varying sizes using the available divider bars. The patented foam insulated lid ensures temperatures remain constant with minimal condensation in order to keep food fresh.
Storage
Each drawer can accommodate one 12"x18"x6" (305 mm x 458 mm x 153 mm) food storage box or one 1/2 size with one 1/3 size food pan (divider bar sold separately). The heavy-duty drawers can be removed without any tools allowing for an easy cleanup.
The cabinet also features a self-closing door with a 90 degree stay open feature that will allow you to fill or empty its contents with ease. Two PVC coated wire shelves are included and can be adjusted to different heights for your convenience.
Both the drawers and the cabinet door are outfitted with a 12" long built-in handle that has been foamed-in-place to ensure it won™t separate.
