With a stainless steel front, top, and ends as well as a GalFan coated steel back that prevents corrosion, True uses the highest quality materials in order to ensure a long-lasting prep and refrigeration unit, while protecting your investment.
It features four 5" stem castors that provide the convenience of being able to move the entire unit whenever needed. Locks on the front set keep the unit in place when required for food preparation.
Refrigeration
The TSSU-48-12M-B-HC uses the natural and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which has ozone depletion potential of zero and a low global warming potential. The patented forced-air design maintains temperatures inside the cabinet and top food pan between .5°C and 5°C (33°F-41°F).
In addition, the entire unit including the doors are insulted using a high-density and environmentally friendly, polyurethane insulation that has been foamed-in-place to help keep the temperatures inside cold while using less energy.
The TSSU-48-12M-B-HC complies with and is listed under ANSI/NSF-7.
Food Preparation
This mega-top prep unit comes with 12 one-sixth size, 4" deep polycarbonate and NSF approved food pans that can be easily rearranged or even replaced with varying sized pans up to 6" deep (sold separately) using the available divider bars. The patented foam-insulated lid keeps everything fresh when not in use while reducing condensation.
One 8 7/8" deep, full-length removable cutting board sits on top giving you ample space to cut up fruits and vegetables or prepare orders. Manufactured out of a sanitary, NSF approved white polyethylene, the cutting board provides a tough but easy-to-clean surface.
Cold Storage
The inside of the cabinet features an attractive clear coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners making cleanup even easier. Each door has a 12" long built-in handle that has been foamed-in-place to ensure it won™t separate. Doors are also self-closing and include a 90 degree stay-open feature.
Four heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves come adjustable with the provided shelf clips so they can be moved around to fit a variety of different sized pans or containers.
